Rental conditions

Renting an AZRA caftan lets you wear a haute-couture piece for your occasion. These conditions apply to every rental booked on azrakaftan.com, together with our Terms of service.

01 Rental period

  • Each rental lasts 4 days.
  • Book at least one week before your event, subject to availability.
  • Choose your event date when you book. The atelier confirms availability before the second payment.

02 Price and payment

  • 50% of the rental price is charged when you book online.
  • The remaining 50% is charged to the same card before your caftan is delivered.

03 Deposit

  • A refundable deposit of €100 is charged together with your online payment.
  • It is returned within 48 hours after the caftan has been returned and checked.
  • Professional cleaning after the rental is included in the price and is never deducted from the deposit.

04 Cancellation

  • Cancel up to 7 days before the start of your rental for a full refund.
  • After that, the rental price is not refunded. The deposit is refunded in full if the caftan was not delivered.

05 Sizes and try-on

  • Rentals are available in sizes S, M and L, as they are: rented caftans are not altered.
  • You can try the caftan on by appointment at our atelier in Granada.

06 What is included

The rental includes the caftan and its professional cleaning.

07 Delivery and return

  • Rentals are available in Spain only.
  • You can collect the caftan at our Granada atelier, receive it at home, or have it hand-delivered in the city of Granada.
  • Delivery to you is paid by AZRA. The return is made with an AZRA prepaid shipping label and its cost is at your expense.

08 Rental agreement

Before delivery, you sign a rental agreement with AZRA that sets out the details of your rental.

09 Late return

If the caftan is returned late, €30 is charged for each day of delay.

10 Damage, loss or non-return

  • Minor damage (a small stain, a loose stone, a seam): the cost of the repair is deducted from the deposit.
  • Serious damage, loss or non-return: the deposit is retained and you pay the difference up to the sale price of the caftan.
